Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Full appointment fee will also be charged for missed appointments.

THERAPY
Virtual & In-person

Simply Connected Therapy provides both virtual & in-person therapy. Why virtual therapy? Virtual therapy allows clients to connect with their therapist anywhere, without the need for travel. Clients may feel more comfortable participating in therapy in their home environment, allowing for a more open and honest session. As a virtual clinic, Simply Connected Therapy can connect with a wider range of clients from all over Ontario. If virtual is not your thing, no problem! We offer in-person services as well.

SESSION TYPE

Video therapy session for new and returning clients with any Therapist (50 mins) - $150 Telephone session for returning clients with any Therapist (50 mins) - $150 Couples video session (50 mins) - $200 FREE 15 minute telephone consultation appointment can be requested via booking site or email.

INSURANCE
& BILLING

Simply Connected Therapy does not direct bill at this time. Many health insurance plans cover therapy sessions - Simply Connected Therapy will provide you with a receipt to manually submit to your insurance plan. If you plan to submit your sessions to your health insurance plan, we kindly ask that you connect with your insurance provider prior to booking to confirm social work coverage. Michael, Jessica & Adriana are NIHB providers.
